Acceptable use

AGline rings a person who asked to be reached. Using it to reach people who did not ask is not allowed.

• Do not call, text or try numbers that are not yours or that you have not been given.
• Do not guess, scan or enumerate numbers. Repeated attempts are blocked and may lead to suspension.
• Do not use agents to harass, threaten, deceive or pressure anyone, or to send spam or unsolicited promotion.
• Do not impersonate a person or organisation in a call or message.
• Do not use the service for emergencies or anything where a missed call could cause harm.
• Do not interfere with the service or try to bypass its limits.

To report abuse, use the Feedback screen in the app or email the contact address in the privacy policy. We can block an agent, suspend a number, or remove access.
